Step-by-step
- 1) Convert each statement to CSV/XLSX (using Statement Converter).
- 2) Open Statement Merger.
- 3) Add multiple CSV/XLSX files.
- 4) Choose a consistent column mapping.
- 5) Merge and export a single combined file.
- 6) Run Duplicate Finder to remove overlaps.

Troubleshooting
- If columns don’t match, use Column Mapper first.
