Step-by-step

  1. 1) Convert each statement to CSV/XLSX (using Statement Converter).
  2. 2) Open Statement Merger.
  3. 3) Add multiple CSV/XLSX files.
  4. 4) Choose a consistent column mapping.
  5. 5) Merge and export a single combined file.
  6. 6) Run Duplicate Finder to remove overlaps.

Troubleshooting

  • If columns don’t match, use Column Mapper first.
  • If date formats differ between files, normalize dates before merging.
